- Zaalok: classical Moroccan dish made of grilled aubergine, and Moroccan spices
- Briwats selection: stuffed samosas with mince beef and vermicelli, cheese and spinach, chicken and pickled lemon
- Harira: traditional soup full of flavour made of chickpeas, lentil, coriander and spices. Served with home made bread
- MAINS
- Couscous traditional: with lamb, vegetables and chickpeas
- Couscous Tefaya: suitable for vegetarian it’s a steamed couscous with caramelized onion, resins and chickpeas.
