Menu

  • STARTERS
    • Zaalok: classical Moroccan dish made of grilled aubergine, and Moroccan spices
    • Briwats selection: stuffed samosas with mince beef and vermicelli, cheese and spinach, chicken and pickled lemon
    • Harira: traditional soup full of flavour made of chickpeas, lentil, coriander and spices. Served with home made bread
  • MAINS
    • Couscous traditional: with lamb, vegetables and chickpeas
    • Couscous Tefaya: suitable for vegetarian it’s a steamed couscous with caramelized onion, resins and chickpeas.
  • DESSERTS
    • Organic Moroccan flour-less orange and almond cake
    • Briwat with almond, sesame and organic honey orange and cinnamon with orange blossom
